2). Mold project management team, a total of 6 mold projects and technical engineers, mold project engineers have a college degree or above, more than 8 years of experience in the mold project.
3). The mold manufacturing and parts processing team is responsible for the processing and manufacturing of mold parts. There are 32 team members, all of whom have more than 8 years of work experience.
4). The mold assembly and commissioning team has a total of 12 people. All technicians have rich experience in precision molds. The minimum is more than 5 years of experience, and some technicians have 15 years of experience.
1). The process and pre-production quality planning team is responsible for the planning of the injection molding process and the submission of PPAP. The team consists of 6 members. The team members are familiar with the injection molding process and are skilled in using APQP quality planning tools for quality planning.
2). The product evaluation and measurement team is responsible for product conformity evaluation and dimensional measurement, and develops measurement standards to provide strong data support for mold and process development.
The injection molding production team is the main department of the company's product output, and manages all the company's injection molding production equipment. There are 100 members in total, including 20 injection molding engineers and technicians, and 80 on-site trained operators.
The team is responsible for the company's mass production quality management. There are 24 team members, including 5 management teams, 2 PQE product quality engineers, 1 SQE supplier quality engineer, 1 CQE customer quality engineer, and 16 IPQC/IQC/OQC. .
